Breakfast (valid for every day).
A 125 g low-fat yogurt with 30 g of non-puffed whole grains, a tea or coffee without sugar As an alternative to cereals: 4 wholemeal rusks.
Snack (valid for every day, twice a day).
100 gr of fruit of your choice
Rules: where not expressed, the quantities for lunch and dinner are free. A teaspoon of oil is possible for lunch.
Monday.
Lunch: vegetable puree without legumes or potatoes.
Dinner: grilled chicken breast (keep to 250 g for the quantity if you are a woman, more if you are a man), 80 g of iceberg salad.
Tuesday
Lunch: salad of cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and fennel.
Dinner: 250g of fresh steamed salmon or 140g of smoked salmon, 80g of green salad.
Wednesday
Lunch: legume soup made with 70 grams of dried legumes and vegetables, or 240 grams of boiled.
Dinner: 200 g of grilled squid, 200 g of boiled spinach.
Thursday
Lunch: vegetable soup with 200 gr of already boiled lentils.

Lunch: 60 grams of basmati rice with zucchini.
Dinner: 250 g of cod with a chopped tomato and oregano, 80 g of salad.

Lunch: vegetable soup with 200 grams of already boiled beans.
Dinner: 200 g veal or turkey or chicken burger, 80 g of green salad.
Sunday
Lunch: vegetable soup with 100 g of defatted chicken.
Dinner: 200 g of sole or steamed cod, 80 g of salad with cherry tomatoes and fennel.
